Refit of an existing restaurant in Kings Cross - London.

BCSR were instructed as the Main Contractor to undertake the strip out and refurbishment this restaurant requiring multi discipline trades.

We worked with the designers, Marzac Associates Ltd to ensure that we carried out the works to their specification. We liaised with them directly should there be any issues or changes to the original plan.

Using the PRINCE2 Project Management system, we had tight controls in place to ensure that the project was effectively controlled.

This project involved Strip out, M&E, Ventilation, Plastering and Decorating, Flooring, Drainage, Kitchen Installation, Seating and tables in the interior and exterior.

• Specialist contractors were accommodated whilst not losing time on programme

• Safety and quality maintained throughout the project

• Regular client liaison to coordinate changes in plan, so that the deadline did not slip
