Project timelines depend on the size and complexity of the work. We’ll give you an estimated timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout the project with a live detailed program.

Yes, though depending on the stage of the build, changes may affect the cost and timeline. We’ll always communicate clearly before proceeding with any variations.

6. Do you work with residential or commercial clients?

Both! We work on everything from family home extensions to commercial property refurbishments and shop fits.

We primarily serve the South East and London, but we’re open to working further afield depending on the project.

8. What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a 12-month defects liability period on all completed work. If anything arises during this time, we’ll return to fix it promptly and professionally.
